1. Server log files
On every visit to our web site usage data is transmitted from the remote browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. Our hosting provider Hetzner, run by Hetzner Online GmbH Industriestr. 25 91710 Gunzenhausen Deutschland, by default stores the following data in the server log files: time of the request, the shortened and thus anonymized IP address of the requestor, the used HTTP method and version, the requested URL, HTTP response status, the number of delivered bytes, the referrer (which is the URL of the page that has links to the requested page) and the user agent (which is an indication of your browser and your operating system version). A separate collection, analysis, or storage of non-anonymised IP address by us does not occur. The data cannot be assigned by us to certain persons and is not combined with data from other data sources.

2. Collection, processing and use of personal data
Personal data is only collected in the case on your action, e.g. at registration or by contact via email. On our website, it is possible to enter personal data (name, email address), the input of this data takes place from you on a voluntary basis.
All data created in the above described manner will be solely handled in a way in accordance to the applicable data protection law and will solely be used for the purpose of providing the services offered in accordance with the applicable regulations.
After completion of the contract the data, taking into tax and commercial law retention periods, the data first is stored and then deleted after the by law defined deadlines if you have not consented to the further processing and use of the data.
Personal information may include: your name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information that you make known about yourself. The processing of the data is to store, transfer, blocking and deletion of your personal data (ยง 3 para. 4 BDSG).
